Let me introduce myself.
 
I started this business in 1998 as somewhat of an experiment. Back then, ecommerce was in it’s infancy and there was almost nowhere in New Zealand to get help. I have since been told I was an internet pioneer, which sounds far too grandiose!  I was just a woman who wanted to get out of the poverty trap, and believed I could make life better for my son and myself
 
Simply Essential became an overnight success story, and after 9 years I still get a thrill when I hear from customers, and know that I have helped - that I do some good in this world. Many of my customers have become personal friends
 
For some time, I worked the business entirely alone, even making the product. I packaged all the orders, and worked long hours to meet demand. 
 
The demand became so great, I outsourced the dispatch of orders, and I now have the product manufactured in bulk,  which frees me up to attend to the important things.
 
So after  all this time, I am still here, offering the same high  level of personal customer service I always have done. I still care about my customers as individuals, and I  am concerned you  get the results you hope for with my products.
 
When you order from Simply Essential, it is me, Lynda, the owner of the business you will deal with, I personally answer each and every email, usually within just a few hours
