Simply Essential fiercely guards your privacy, and
will NEVER reveal your details, including your email address to any 3rd
party.
I, (Lynda Gorman) am the ONLY person who has
access to your details. The Dispatch Company used is provided with only
your shipping details
It is Company policy to provide fast, responsive,
customer service. We go to great lengths to ensure Customers are happy –
e-mails and any concerns are dealt with promptly.
Simply Essential understands that discretion is sometimes
important. Orders are sent in a plain shipping bag with 'Skin Cream' on
the label.

Electronic Payment
We take security issues very seriously, so all
credit card and invoicing/shipping details are encrypted (scrambled) and
transmitted electronically via SSL technology to ensure total privacy
and prevent interception. Credit card details are not revealed to the
storeowner.
All your credit card information and purchase details are highly
confidential and absolutely no information, is sold to, or shared with
any other party.
Refund Policies
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If your order
arrives in unsatisfactory condition, simply return the item(s) within 30
days of receipt for a full refund, or replacement. It's a no hassle, no
worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop
with us.
If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return
shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the
shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the
amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue
a the refund within 3 working days.
All returns must be in "Brand new Condition" If the product has been
opened, used, defaced or damaged in any way, other than accidental
damage in transit, it will not be eligible for a refund
Currencies
Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These
rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may
be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction. The
variation should slight, if this occurs at all.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched each business day. Please use this link (NZ Post)
to view the target delivery times to your area.
The cost of postage and packaging includes not only
the postage, but also the handling charge - materials & labor.
This means the dollar value you see on the package when you receive it
will be lower than the amount you have been charged.
All orders within New Zealand are Couriered to your door by NZ Post .
New Zealand orders must have a Street address, and not a PO Box. All
orders for delivery outside New Zealand will be dispatched via
International Air, unless Express is chosen during Checkout. If Express
delivery is chosen, you must give a Street address, Post Office Box
numbers cannot be used for Express delivery as they need to be signed
for
Online we accept payment by Visa,
MasterCard, Check or
Direct Deposit. Details are presented at the Checkout.
Customs in some countries charge duties/customs on imported goods. SE
can take no responsibility for these charges, or advise what they
may be. Please check with your customs department if you have any
concerns.
